I made an attempt at a top 16 here, based on 3 criteria and the teams receiving votes in the coaches poll. 1 & 2 are the Colley and RPI ratings from www.oregonprepsports.net, which is nice enough to link to this blog. 3 is my own point system explained in other parts of this place, which strongly takes into account strength of schedule.

Based on current league standings (these are still kinda crazy, I know) and the system of using 2 teams per league and 4 wild-cards for a 16-team playoff, the playoff teams would be, with their league records in parentheses:

D1: Perrydale (4-0), St. Paul (3-1) or Falls City (3-1) D2: Butte Falls (5-0), Triad (5-1) D3: Dufur (3-0), SWC (3-0), D4: Imbler (3-0), Joseph (2-1) or Wallowa (2-1) D5: Lowell (4-0), Mohawk (3-1) or Siletz Valley (3-1), D6: Crane (5-0) and Adrian (4-0).

The wildcards are such a mess right now. My best guess is Camas Valley, either Jordan Valley or Adrian, Triangle Lake and Gilchrist. It will be clearer next week, I think.
